How do I book an appointment

Please call the office. Please be patient as our phones are very busy. We have a very limited number of online appointments (new this year).

Medications

Please bring all your medications to every visit. Please be aware that medication refills sent by the pharmacy without seeing your doctor is a service not covered by OHIP. You will receive an invoice for this. Please allow 3-5 days for the request to be processed + sent to the pharmacy as we receive a significant volume of requests daily. At times we will need to reassess your medications (dosing, or the need to continue or stop). You will be asked to book an appointment for medication review.

Referrals

Referral to specialists. You should receive notification within 2-4 weeks for a non-urgent appointment. If you have not heard in that time frame, please call the office.

Updating personal information

Please let us know if any of your information (Home address, phone number, Health Card number, email address or pharmacy) has changed
